This class is for everyone as it’s a combination of all the latest cardio fat-burning moves - HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Tabata, RIPPED and Barre - just to name a few. She will layer cardio and core focused exercises, weights and resistance training to improve your muscle tone, strength, and flexibility. No two classes are the same! Everyone is welcome...first-timers wanting to start an exercise routine to the advanced fitness person wanting to add to their exercise workout. MargaretAnne will make sure you sweat away those calories with a great workout. Join her for an hour of fitness fun and don’t forget to bring a yoga mat, water bottle and towel. If you can’t commit to a full session take as many classes as you’d like for the $8 drop in rate per class. There will not be class on October 9th, November 10th, or November 24th.
