Have you wanted to take a Martial Arts class, but due to your age, weight, or some other physical limitation, you were hesitant to do so? Life Stages Martial Arts is designed to meet people where they are during any stage of their life. This program affords everyone an opportunity to grow physically and mentally while achieving one’s personal best. It promotes self-discipline, confidence, self-defense, focus, and physical fitness with emphasis on life-long training. Sensei Gerald Duncan has over 25 years of Martial Arts experience, and has instructed classes through LCPRT since 2004. Developed by Sensei Duncan, Life Stages Martial Arts embraces traditional training methods with a broad appeal to people of various ages and abilities. This program is available to ages 7 through adult and for all fitness and ability levels. Families are welcome and encouraged to participate as a group. Life Stages is a year-round program taught in 8 class sessions. Typically, students must complete 3 sessions to be eligible to test for next belt level. There will not be class on October 31st and November 7th.
